The entrepreneurship program for young people of this land is the heart of ABTA’s community empowerment mission. It’s a tribute to the resilient spirit of the
people of Bodoland, known for their craftsmanship and strength. ABTA’s training transforms traditional skills in areas like home-stay, eco-tourism centers,
wellness, beauty, and baking into profitable, sustainable businesses. To help young people move from job-seeking to job-creating, fostering economic
independence, and building a new legacy of female entrepreneurship for the entire region.
Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate: Candidates from the BTR region.
• Educational Qualification: No specific educational requirement, though basic literacy is an advantage.
• Qualities: Ambition, creativity, and a drive for independence are key.
• Preference: Given to those with existing skills in traditional crafts, baking, or wellness services
Career Opportunities
The program empowers applicants to start, manage, and grow their own businesses, fostering entrepreneurship, strengthening the local economy, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.
